Cottage Cheese Salad


1 (24oz) container Creamland low-fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh green peppers

1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumbers

2 tablespoons Kay's cooked dressing

1 teaspoon salt


Mix together vegetables. Combine the dressing and salt. Stir into vegetables. Drain cottage cheese and mix into vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to be served. Drain off any liquid before serving.
