Easy Rigatoni Lasagna Bake

Ingredients:

1 box Rigatoni

3 tbsp salt, separated

2 tbsp olive oil

1 (1lb 8oz) large container ofCREAMLAND Cottage Cheese

Handful of fresh chopped parsley

1 egg

1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese grated

Black Pepper

1/4 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water with 2 tbsp salt and olive oil.

DO NOT OVERCOOK.

While pasta is cooking place in a food processor: cottage cheese, chopped parsley, egg, grated cheese, 1 tbsp salt and 3 or 4 grinds of black pepper. Process until creamy and smooth and set aside.

Drain pasta well, add cottage cheese mixture and stir well. Add spaghetti sauce and mix. Spray a 13" x 9" dish with cooking spray, place a very thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom, add pasta mixture and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese melts and serve.
