Chile Corn Bread


3 cups Cornbread mix

2 1/2 cups Creamland milk

1/4 cup salad oil

3 beaten eggs

1 onion, grated

1 cup canned cream corn (8oz)

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 can chopped green chile peppers

1 can pimento, chopped


Mix together all ingredients and put into a 9" x 13" greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Great side to any Mexican dish.
