Party Spinach Dip



         1 (12 oz) container CREAMLAND Slim ‘n’ Trim Cottage Cheese

         1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

         1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

         ½ cup CREAMLAND Sour Cream

         ¼ cup dry vegetable soup

         2 tsp grated onion

         1 tsp lemon juice



Process cottage cheese in food processor until smooth, transfer to a bowl. Drain spinach; press between paper towels until barely moist. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and remaining ingredients to cottage cheese; stir well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with Melba rounds or raw vegetables.
